We serve contractors throughout Eastern Ontario, with a primary focus on Ottawa, Kingston, and Cornwall, as well as the communities in between. For projects outside these areas, contact us to discuss availability.

In Ontario, a building permit is generally required for the construction of any new building over 10 square metres in area. The permit application process typically involves submitting detailed plans and calculations to the local building department for review and approval. Formwork is a temporary mold built on-site to shape poured concrete until it hardens and can support itself. Precast concrete is manufactured off-site in a controlled environment and delivered ready to install. Both methods have advantages depending on your project's timeline, budget, and structural requirements. Contact us to discuss which approach suits your build.

Yes. We offer concrete reinforcement services including rebar fabrication and installation. Steel is cut and bent to your project's specifications, and placement is coordinated with the forming schedule to avoid delays.

We invest in advanced, regularly upgraded equipment to ensure accurate, efficient formwork on every job site. This includes robotic total stations for precise project layout, which helps reduce errors and improve on-site efficiency.
